I. PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD

The Peterbilt 359 Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on February 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

II. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Not eligible:

Directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees of Sponsor
Parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries
Service agencies involved in the Promotion
Immediate family members (biological/step parents, siblings, spouse, children, dependents)
Household members of any of the above

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

III. HOW TO ENTER

Each valid mail-in entry receives fifteen (15) entries.

ENTRY LIMIT

Maximum 500 total entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method.

Fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and permanent ban from future promotions.

IV. WINNER DRAWING

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or about April 14, 2026 by:

VI. GRAND PRIZE TERMS

Winner responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes
CDL required to operate vehicle
Insurance required prior to delivery
Sponsor provides clear title
Prize awarded “AS IS”
No transfers permitted
Sponsor may substitute prize of equal or greater value

Delivery within eight (8) weeks after required documentation is executed.

VII. GENERAL TERMS

Winner must:

Sign Affidavit of Eligibility
Sign Liability/Publicity Release
Provide SSN for IRS Form 1099
Provide proof of age/residence

Failure to comply results in disqualification.

VIII. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate Promotion
Disqualify tampering or fraudulent entries
Cancel Promotion due to Force Majeure events

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for:

Technical failures
Lost or delayed entries
Internet errors
Unauthorized interference

IX. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize grants Sponsor the right to use Winner’s:

Voice
Photo/Video

For promotional purposes without additional compensation.

X. PRIVACY

XI. RELEASES

Winner agrees to release Sponsor and related entities from liability related to participation or prize use.

XII. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by laws of the State of Florida.

Disputes resolved individually in Florida courts.
No class actions permitted.

XIII. ARBITRATION

Binding arbitration through JAMS in Dade City, Florida.

Costs shared equally.
